[vsc4] Resolved: VSC-4 cooling issues

Dear VSC-4 users, cooling of VSC-4 has been restored and *half* of the compute nodes are back in operation. This was necesssary since we are still monitoring the cooling system and are also preparing for a scheduled maintainence next week. best regards on behalf of the VSC-Team, Markus Stöhr
